Shipping

UPS shipping only unless other arrangements have been made. UPS shipping cost will depend on box size and weight.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. 

Local deliveries can be made for areas near zip code 90021, Los Angeles.

Exceptions for shipping labels will be made only for buyers outside the US.

Returns

For damages, incorrect colors or items, a return label will be provided. Please submit photos of proof & reason, style number and quantity to info@heracollection.com along with your company name and order number. If confirmed, a return label and form will be sent via email. Once the return items arrive, we will proceed with store credit or refund. For any other reason of return, you will need to return back the items at your own cost if approved by one of our representatives.


All sales are not subject to refund. In some cases, only exchange or store credit may be issued. No credits are accepted after 15 days (Absolutely, no returned for special order) All damage items must be reported within 5 days from the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages) All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers` seal. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 20% restocking fee. Price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees. Please note: That shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
